Servus,
seit dem Upgrade auf 16.04.01 LTS wird der Monitor SCENICVIEW E19-7 (T19BA) nicht mehr korrekt erkannt. Ubuntu bietet nur mehr 1024x768 an.
Vor dem Upgrade hatte ich 1280 x 1024.
Ich bin mal mit RandR vorgegangen:

Leider brachte mich das nicht weiter. Ich konnte zwar eine höhere Auflösung damit erreichen, jedoch wurde die wiederum vom Montior nicht mehr erkannt und ein Fehlerfenster darauf angezeigt.

So - nun meine Frage: Gibt es hierfür einen speziellen Treiber (welchen) den man herunterladen (wo) und konfigurieren kann (wie)? Mich irritiert etwas die Tatsache, dass es keine xorg.conf offenbar mehr gibt.
