This dongle does not have interfaces for ppp over serial, it is a direct ip ethernet dongle, it needs the cdc_ether driver which will create an additional eth device in your system.

Wie es aussieht musst Du das Kernel-Modul cdc_ether laden.

Dann sollte ein neues Netzwerk Gerät erscheinen, z.B. eth2 über das Du Dich dann wie zu einem Router verbindne kannst:

You don't need to configure your connection in the ethernet settings at all. As I use it with an O2 sim card, I just connect to the ZTE ethernet connection, open my browser and go to "o2surf.stick" (this might be similar for your provider)

Ich bin mir aber nicht sicher, da hier das Modul qmi_wwan mit USB_modeswitch dazu verwendet werden kann:
