WiFi Aussetzer für mehrere Sekunden alle par Sekunden

Ich habe ein seltsammes "High-Ping-Spickes" Problem


ich habe immer ein Ping von 8-20ms aber ab und zu ( ca. 1x pro Minute aber sehr unterschiedlich ) habe friert das Internet auf meinem Arbeitsrechner für Sekunden ein
dann sieht mein Ping in etwa so aus:

Infos:
- Ich habe Kubuntu 22.04 LTS
- Ich habe seit gestern Glasfaseranschlus ... vorher war mein Netz sehr instabiel. Ich weiß also nicht, ob das Problem schon vorher bestand und ich es nur nicht bemerkt habe oder es erst seit dem Wechsel ist
- Mein Rechner ist per WLAN an eine Fritz!Box angebunden
- Das Problem tritt mit zwei verschiedenen WLAN-Sticks auf ( verschiedene Firmen/Modelle )
- Das Problem tritt NICHT an anderen Rechnern mit Kubuntu 22.04 LTS auf ( zwei Rechner, zwei Laptops)


System:
- Kubuntu 22.04 LTS ( neuinstallation war mal ein 20.04 LTS ... Upgrades: 20.04 LTS >> 21.04 >> 21.10 >> 22.04 LTS )
- 128GB RAM --- AMD Ryzen 5950x --- Radeon RX 6600 XT


was ich bisher probiert habe:
- in der /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf habe ich schon wifi.powersave von 3 auf 2 geändert


folgende Logs zeigen keine Einträge zu den fraglichen Zeitpunkten:
> route
> journalctl -f
> journalctl -fu NetworkManager-dispatcher.service
> journalctl -fu NetworkManager.service
