Festplatte defekt?

Hallo,

vor ein paar Tagen, lief mein Ubuntu erst nur noch sehr langsam, bis es dann gleich nach dem booten abstürzte bzw. erst noch einschlief. Wahrscheinlich immer dann, wenn eine Anwendung Daten in das Home-Verzeichnis (eigene Partition) schreiben wollte. Ein Blick in "Laufwerke"(DISKS) offenbahrte mir dann die Aussage, das die Platte bald Ihren Dienst verweigern wolle. Gparted braucht zum Start eine kleine Ewigkeit und setzt vor die Anzeige der Festplattendaten einen Warnhinweis, dass die phy. Blockgröße sich von dem Unterscheidet, was Linux dazu kennt. Siehe die Bilder unten!
Auch gibt fdisk für meine Verhältnisse komische Angaben aus - siehe Sektorengröße.

Die Festplatte ist eine WD WDC WD10JPVX-22JC3T0 (01.01A01)

Ist das nun ein Hardwarefehler oder ist das irgendwie zu beheben? Ich suche schon eine Ewigkeit dazu im Netz (Google und hier im Forum, habe aber nichts gefunden, was auf mich passt)

Datensicherung ist zum Glück aktuell, da gibt es wenigstens keine Probleme.

Dann werde ich die vom Hersteller mal tauschen lassen, hab ja noch Garantie.
